Contact Open Space Week...(July 9-13)
A word from ponderosa....yes the contact scene helped create us! I want to honor contact improvisation's 40 year?! It is yet, again a Contact Improvisation birthday. I also know I am from the old school, well I believe, or we at ponderosa believe, that you just need to come into the space and jam - improvise together and contact will happen. Contact Jams are happening all over the world in exotic places, with themes, structures, monitors, classes, performances, conferences, playing in mud, with or without music, with  therapy sessions before, during and after!  We invite the contact community to come visit us and join in our Open Space Contact week. The evenings will be free for whatever happens. Who ever comes will be in charge of creating what kind of container we need.  Structure? Scores? Bring a group of friends or collaborators! Make dance dates. One studio will be free through out the day to use how you like. Let's make it happen improvisationally, in the moment  when you arrive! This will be led by the P.O.R.C.H. performance module participants, meaning if you do not use the space, they will. Hungry Space eaters and improvisers........Mon-Friday (Official Jam begins!) 30€ for studio use.
