Performance module July 5 - July 25
A facilitated performance action group. A continual orientation to the public sphere with spontaneous performance-making during the Ponderosa Tanzland festival 2010. We will encourage and stimulate an inclusive atmosphere of creativity and dialogue with our surrounding peers and public outside eye.
The Performance module commits participants to dreaming-up, devising, creating and performing inclusive & spontaneous actions & events throughout the public sphere of the festival. We are the formal hosts, instigators, inspiration givers and cauldron stirrers during the ponderosa TanzLand festival! Participants meet 2 hours a day outside the intensive  workshop schedule to conceive daily art actions and performance scores and/or discussions for the group or public.

July 24 & 25, our Marathon performance evening and ending festivities will be our shared platform, culminating in the various ‘for stage’ performances conceived during MODULE 2. Facilitated by: Stephanie Maher, Pipaluk Supernova and Keith Hennessy.

The Performance module includes participation in the following TanzLand Workshops:
July 5-24 Jen Polins, Saliq Savage
July 5-11 Jennifer Monson, Bruno Caverna & Marcela Giesche, Pipaluk Supernova
July 12-18 Retreat & Training Week, mixed international faculty
July 19-25 Jess Curtis, Keith Hennessy, Jonathon Burrows

The program is facilitated by an international faculty team professionally active in the creative and performance fields, who have also been involved in the making of the Ponderosa TanzLand festival over the last 10 years. In these facilitators, we bring inspiring international collaborative histories together. The facilitators will channel their energy and creativity into a diverse teaching experience & enable an active ground for performers, artists as well as current and future teachers
