Come to „CI38 Satellites’ Return“, June 27 – July 3, 2010
Dear Friends of Contact Improvisation,
the meeting: Yes, this CI Satellite Event will happen again in 2010! Please come and join us for an inspiring week in Stolzenhagen, near Berlin. Enjoy the luxury of spending one week of sharing, investigating, and dancing in a group of experienced practitioners of this form. We will come together, debate, and celebrate the development of CI and its many practices before we go off again and orbit through the CI worlds.
Instead of creating a workshop event, this week will be above all a place for meeting and collaborating. We will have space for study intensives, some study labs, and definitely plenty of time for jamming and spontaneous activities. The precise schedule of the week will evolve during the event. With registration being limited to 45 people we invite everybody to offer their individual investment.
Please note: due to the structure of this week participation is for experienced Contact Practitioners only.
the place: „CI38 – Satellites’ Return“ will take place at Ponderosa on Gut Stolzenhagen, a venue in the countryside about 2 hours northeast from Berlin. Ponderosa offers 2 wood-sprung studios, a shared guesthouse sleeping area, private rooms, as well as space for camping. Facilities are simple, but charming, you can learn more about the premises on www. ponderosa-dance.de
Food will be prepared by a fabulous cook with everybody`s assistance. Please come prepared to help a little in the preparation for mealtime as well as in cleaning.
Costs for the week including food and shared housing are 245 €.
