Kyla Rose Maher:
graduated from Pepperdine University/USA with a B.S. in Sports Medicine. With extensive knowledge in exercise physiology and experience running collegiate level cross-country, she has always had an interest in physical well-being. However, it wasn't until she started practicing Kundalini Yoga that she discovered true wellness begins on the inside.
In a very short period of time Kundalini Yoga has carried Kyla through a process of healing and growth that changed her life in a miraculous way. The overall peace and serenity she acquired, as well as a new found outlook upon life, are gifts she has received from this practice. She believes the only way to keep and nurture these gifts is to pass them on to others.
Kyla completed a 220 hour KRI Level One Certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan with Hari Kaur Khalsa in 2011. She has also studied the Science of Naad Yoga with Mata Mandir Singh Khalsa. Her hope is to never lose touch with her beginner's heart.
